If you would like to see Dr. Ryan Cooper:

1. Call and make an appointment.

2. They will do a complete and thorough examination.

3. Any required X-rays will be taken.

4. He will review all your findings with you.

5. He will then design a treatment plan to get you well!

6. All fees will be discussed before any care is given. We will never surprise you with a bill.

 

Paying for your care:

1. Auto Accident injuries are covered 100%.

2. Work Comp injuries are covered 100%.

3. Medicare does not pay for exams and X-rays so the first visit will be 230. Medicare then covers 80% for up to 12 weeks.

4. Regular health insurance – We are in network with most insurances. Please text a copy of your license and insurance front & back to 248.449.1630 to have your insurance verified before we start care.

5. No insurance? Great, the first visit fee is $99, but often we have new patient promotions that you can ask us about. Then we will develop a specific, affordable care plan to get you feeling great again!
